  1. I thought you slid some of the PVC through the molle webbing to hold it to your belt and straps? How will you do that now with the frame fixed?

  2. EXCELLENT JOB!!! What you might do is use THINNER WALLED PVC, and two to three layers of carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is where the strength is, and the PVC can be as thin as you like.
